31st Annual Alabama Jubilee Hot Air Balloon & Music Festival
Sponsored by the Provenchers

Chris & Lori Provencher are planning an upcoming weekend in late May, we know you won't want to miss. They are taking us down to Decatur Alabama for the 31st Annual Alabama Jubilee Hot Air Balloon & Music Festival (www.alabamajubilee.net) on Friday & Saturday, May 23rd & 24th. And be sure to bring your camera. This promises to be a Kodak weekend.

If you never been to a hot air balloon festival (http://gallery.balloonfiesta.com/view/People-p5.html#spgmPicture) where 60 beautiful hot air balloons are gathered for a sunrise liftoff, hare & hound races, tethered passenger flights and an amazing "Balloon Glow" after dark on Saturday evening, you definitely don't want to miss this event. Throw in a regional Craft Fair, continuous live musical entertainment, fireworks, some great food over a Memorial Day Weekend, and you will find yourself being caught up in this outstanding late spring adventure. And it's all FREE. All you have to do is pack your bag, jump in your Miata and head south with the rest of us on some great southern backroads to "Sweet Home Alabama".

Lori has arranged for two nights at a local Country Inn & Suites (www.countryinns.com/decatural), with a group rate of only $62 per night. Chris & Lori are taking off on Friday afternoon and won't return to Nashville till Sunday. If you can't get away on Friday, they'll be happy to have you "Join the Fun" on Saturday. Just let them know when to look for you via RSVP to Lori at Ltminch661@aol.com OR (615) 758-0230.
