June 1st - Dinner ride to Papa's in Fly TN sponsored by Steve & Melissa Cook

For those of you who may have missed our runs to PaPa Boudreaux's back in July & October of 2007, AND for those of you who made the trip and want to go back for seconds, Steve & Melissa Cook are sponsoring our initial 2008 trek to Fly TN on June 1st, for some of the best Cajun food this side of Thibodaux LA. Just ask anyone who's sampled PaPa preparations and all you'll hear are raves. How can you forget the Gumbo; Red Beans Rice & Sausage; Shrimp Creole; Shrimp & Grits; Catfish, Shrimp & Crawfish Etoufee; Boudin; & Chicken & Andouille Jambalaya. Check out PaPa's full Menu at http://www.papaboudreaux.com/menu.html. We promise PaPa will not run out of his famous Louisiana Chocolate Bread Pudding this time.

Don't forget that PaPa will allow you to import a bottle or can of your favorite elixir, without a corkage fee. He accepts only cash or check.

And PaPa has sweetened the pot. He is offering a 20% Club Discount on all meals to all members of the Music City Miata Club who decide to join us on the 1st. We'll be meeting at the Franklin Square at 5:30 PM & pulling out at 5:45. Steve has selected some great country roads down to Fly. And no trip to Fly is complete without spending a little time on the Trace.

So, slip into your little car, throw back the bonnet, fire up the engine, settle into the right attitude and plan on joining the fun, as we squeeze a little more fresh air & sunshine out of Springtime in Tennessee. DO let the Cook's know to expect you (cookstevent@yahoo.com) or at (850) 621-7888 (C) because seating will be limited.
