4th Annual Winchester Int'l Dogwood Festival

Sponsored by: Gray Sands

Event Status: Scheduled
OK MCMC Ladies & Gentlemen, for those of you who can't join us for the trip to Savannah AND just can't wait the trip to Fort Campbell in May, we have an IMPROMPTU coming up just for you on Saturday, April 12th.

MCMC is inviting you to attend the 4th Annual Winchester International Dogwood Festival (http://www.winchesterdogwoodfestival.com/2008%20entertainment%20line-up.htm). The event celebrates one of Tennessee's most beautiful spring blooming trees and it's sure to be in full bloom on the 12th of April. AND, after the weather in March, I'll take some Tennessee sunshine.

We'll be meeting at the Cracker Barrel in Franklin (I-65, Exit 65) and pulling out at 3:30PM for some scenic backroads and should be in Winchester by 5:30 PM. After touring the festival and having some dinner on site, we'll claim some space and catch two outstanding musical acts on the Main Stage.  Confederate Railroad cranks it up at 7:30 PM, followed by the boisterous sound of the Kentucky Headhunters at 9:30 PM. Admission is absolutely FREE !

Be sure & bring along a warm coat/blanket, your "Chairs-in-a-Bag" and the right attitude to enjoy the festival & show.

We'll be looking for you by 3:30 PM on the 12th. Please let us know if you plan on "Joining the Fun" by contacting Gray Sands (graype@bellsouth.net or 615-794-0852).

The question is, "Every time you turn on your Miata, does it return the favor ?"
